Friendly staff, comfortable room, clean bathroom, very close to the metro station, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of options.

The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the great location, making it easy to explore the area. My Classic King Room was well-appointed and comfortable, definitely enhancing my experience. Like other guests, I felt that while the amenities were decent, the rooftop pool was a delightful spot to relax.

Unfortunately, the service during breakfast was a bit slow.

I had a decent stay with a spacious room and a great breakfast, but the Wi-Fi was annoying and kept disconnecting. I'd consider returning for the comfort.

I had a wonderful stay with a large, well-appointed room and a fantastic breakfast that fueled my city strolls, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions like Sky Costanera and the charming Mirador Pablo Neruda, both just a short walk away, which really enhanced my weekend adventure.

The friendly staff made check-in seamless, and the amazing breakfast offered a nice variety, including excellent Chinese food. However, during my one-night stay in the Classic King Room, I faced several issues with room amenities, including a malfunctioning TV and plumbing problems. Despite being offered a room change, these recurring issues indicate a lack of proper maintenance.

the intercontinental has a great location, just a short walk from a shopping mall. the classic king room was comfortable and spacious. i especially enjoyed the heated pool on the 19th floor, perfect for a relaxing dip with stunning city views.

Great stay, but a bit outdated

Spent a night in a Classic King Room. The staff were super friendly, and the pool was awesome! However, the A/C didn’t work too well, which was a bummer. Breakfast was nice though, and they have in-room options too. Overall, it’s a cool place, just needs some updates.

This hotel fits me perfectly! With amenities like 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool, everything I need is here. I still remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten headphones. Highly recommended for a city break!

The rooftop pool was the highlight of my stay – a perfect spot to unwind in the sun! However, the air conditioning in my room was noisy, which made it hard to sleep. 😓

The air conditioning didn’t work. but the breakfast was really good, warm and fresh. The staff helped with my bags and were very friendly. Location was great too, close to many shops and restaurants.
